We were not always your authorized Carhartt workwear provider.
In fact, a few years ago we were searching for Carhartt workwear for ourselves. Like many of you, we knew of Carhartt’s workwear reputation. We heard it was expensive and hard to find, but worth the effort.
As we began searching, we could not have imagined the effort and frankly the hassle in ordering Carhartt workwear.
Here is some of what we experienced:
• We could not find a dedicated Carhartt workwear provider. We did not want garden supplies to go with our Carhartt workwear!
• “We will get back to you” was our most common customer service reply on the other end of the phone.
• Inconsistent pricing. One place would have Carhartt for one price and the other place would sell for double the price.
• We wanted to order what we wanted vs. what was available.
• The workwear we wanted would be phased-out and not available over time. We wanted a particular Carhartt winter coat from last year, why could we not get that exact coat 10 months from now?
• Google search for Carhartt workwear would take us to crazy sites that had little to do with Carhartt workwear.
